the spaciousness of time

Whether it’s a good time or a bad time

Whether it’s a work time or a play time

Help us sense the spaciousness of time

Whether it’s a start time or an end time

Whether there seems too much time or too little time

Help us sense the spaciousness of time

Whether it seems like the right time or the wrong time

When we try to rush time or slow down time

Help us sense the spaciousness of time

When we feel it should be our time and it turns out to be someone else’s time

When we try to control time, defeat time, evade time

Help us sense the spaciousness of time

We know all our times are in your hands

To you a day is like a thousand years

You are sovereign over time

Help us sense the spaciousness of time
